Recording to just a standard HDD, but honestly doesn't matter if I record to an SSD either. You seek excellence and strive for precision. Not sure if HDR is having anything to do with it or not. Halo Infinite is my game of choice for recording. Some of the games are recording and them some are not. I can have the file location opened and can see the "recording" text in the filename. Again, I get audio/video just fine and can play just fine from my TV, but once the recording is over with the file isn't there. I updated the HD60X yesterday to 22.03.24. I have the file location opened and after I stop recording it's almost as if the recording didn't happen whatsoever. I will once again reiterate that yes, HD60 S+ and HD60 X support HDR tonemapping. This does not have anything to do with our products. This is correct - OBS Studio does not support taking in HDR video and converting it to SDR for recording or broadcasting. The agent is referring to OBS Studio doing the tonemapping of HDR to SDR. There seems to be some miscommunication here.
